Waivers and disclaimers don’t dissolve your responsibility of due diligent practice.

Operators of adventure activities cannot rest on the fact that they have a waiver or disclaimer signed by a participant.  Adventure operators need to ensure that participants have transparency of the risks involved in the adventure and the associated treatments that have been put in place to prevent or reduce the likelihood of a given consequence.

Learn to document and communicate  experience the easy way.

Having 30-40 years of experience sounds good, but if there is no means of communicating that knowledge to stakeholders, then it's a wasted resource.  Taking a risk based approach to communication and documentation  allows experience to be captured for transparency to stakeholders and is what is required to demonstrate defensible and diligent operations within the context of adventure.  Good risk management and practice reduces the paperwork.
